Through years of close collaboration with dedicated farmers and master producers, we developed a deep respect for the stewards of the land and guardians of the waters. Before founding Monsieur Nia, our founder honed his craft in some of the world’s most demanding and inspiring kitchens, working with culinary legends such as Gordon Ramsay, André Chiang, Michael Wignall, Mario Gamba, and Benjamin Chmura. These formative experiences instilled a relentless pursuit of quality, precision, and purpose values that are at the very heart of everything we do.
