Olivanova is a project close to our hearts,
connecting Italy and Germany.
Born out of a love for nature, agriculture,
honest food, and the Abruzzo region,
a place that invites you to slow down and rewards
you generously with space, silence, and flavor.
Between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines,
olive groves stretch across the landscape.
Here, between sea and mountains, we found our grove –
and with it, a new purpose.
Before our oil flows from the press,
every single olive is handled by hand. Processing
takes place within just a few hours.
Harvest time is determined by optimal ripeness,
and only as much is harvested as nature allows.
Olivanova is an invitation to everyone who loves the good life.
