Ronny Weber began his journey at the
Revita Hotel and quickly learned that t
rue success in hospitality demands more than talent,
it requires depth, character, and expertise.
His passion for wine led him to Cliveden House
in England, where he studied under renowned
sommelier Eric Zwiebel. In 2013, he earned the
WSET Diploma in London, becoming a Weinakademiker,
a globally respected title in the world of wine.
Today, Ronny serves as Director for Germany,
Austria, and Liechtenstein at Champagne
house Billecart-Salmon. For him, wine is not about
prestige – it’s about connection, culture, and emotion.
His partnership with Monsieur Nia is rooted in trust,
friendship, and shared values: authenticity, craft,
and a relentless pursuit of quality. Together, we
turn ideas into experiences that go beyond taste,
and speak to something deeper.
